Any way we can work w/ local community organizers on something resembling a "sticky" public education campaign? Needs:
1. Identify local leaders in cities and states and/or regions
2. Equip and educate (EFF, ACLU can help)
3. Communicate and empower. Do you find this valuable?

I am a member of Obama Grassroots Bergen County, a group of New Jersey citizens making the transition from Obama campaign supporters to an activist group with a primarily naional-issue focus. I agree that we need local education/support for Constitutional issues. Do you find this valuable?

Great idea! let's come up with a candidate proposal on what we can equip people with, and get some feedback from Sallijane's group and others ... Do you find this valuable?

Excellent work! I'd be happy to help write something if need be. Let me know...I think we def. need to have a local community organization strategy...I'll be the Boston, Mass., contact person. If we had someone in each corner of the country that would be really fantastic.
