Well, suggestions wanted for dKos as well -- we do cross-post there, and send mail to front-pagers, but it would be great to get more coverage.

Specifically on Craigslist, though, this is something I've wondered about for quite a while, and haven't come up with any effective ways of doing it yet. Simply cross-posting seems to get lost in the noise and flaming. Suggestions for how to do better? Do you find this valuable?
