I would include amoung the reference materials, a multi part series written By David Kris (former Assistant AG for National Security and author of THE definative survey of existing national security law called imaginatively "National Security Law" from West Publishing) over at Balkininzation.

This phrase is confusing but I don't have an improvement suggestion, just recommend this be spelled out more clearly instead of "as we did to relearn of segregation and jim crow" Do you find this valuable?

In first paragraph I'd like to add a sentence after now..."You have engaged our passion and our activism is there to support substantive achievement. Let's be accountable together for assuring past mistakes are remedies and our futures are improved./" Do you find this valuable?
