Priorities for July 5?
Jul 4 2008, 1:30 PM EDT | Post edited: Jul 4 2008, 1:30 PM EDT
a good time to start thinking about it ... once again, Senate staffers will not be working (not sure about people on the campaign), so it's not a great phoning day. traffic in general is likely to be slow, people (including me) are spending time with friends and family and at the beach, not online. how do we put the time to good use? Do you find this valuable?

Folks that get in as 'deep' as this WIKI should be encouraged to post action oriented blog items into the main my.barackobama.com FISA blog. It would be great to flood that channel with posts about : "What I did to stop FISA today", "What they said to me at my Senator's office" , etc. and "advertisements" for anti-FISA and longer term community resources like this wiki, the twitter channel, a permanent domain, etc. A high frequency of such posts will have a greater tactical impact than if the channel simply functions as a frustration vent, debate forum, or platform for personal pontification. Great suggestion, thanks!

If somebody gets a chance, can we also add it to the "What else you can do" page?

That is the series of posts in the group blog at the Barack Obama Campaign website , the spontaneous group that coalesced there in reaction to FISA, ie http://my.barackobama.com/page/group/SenatorObama-PleaseVoteAgainstFISA . Do you find this valuable?
