The url is generally senatorsname.senate.gov, for example, boxer.senate.gov , and the phone numbers are on a "Contact" page.
If the senator has indicated that they will # vote YES on the Dodd-Feingold-Leahy and Bingaman amendments &
# vote NO on the FISA bill, then the message is a little different, and use the text in this color.
