We can also tweet using our own "hashtag" and create a wiki that way. I'd suggest using #fisa or #privacy or something like that, rather than #gfr. What you can do is tweet #tcot #fisa and hit both the #tcot groups and tease the #fisa tag. Like a virus, the hashtag can get picked up through blogosphere/web/social networking and then picks up.

Hashtags are searchable and also create a sort of buzzcloud effect. #gaza is big right now, for example.
