Get FISA Right is an organization fighting to roll back government surveillance, and to restore the U.S. Constitution after 7 years of the Patriot Act and unchecked unitary executive power. Our members are a diverse group of nonpartisans from all walks of life.

Get FISA Right began as a group on My.BarackObama.com (MyBO). The Get FISA Right group multiplied virtually instantaneously from 1 person to thousands. Two weeks after its birth, this group boasted more than 24,000 members in its MyBO group. It's known for its successful use of social networking technologies and is currently experimenting with a new way to get TV ads on the air.

Get FISA Right has been covered by media outlets ranging from Salon, The Huffington Post, Wired, and The Nation, in addition to extensive coverage on political blogs such as Open Left.

To help educate our members and the public at large, please complete this attached questionnaire regarding FISA and other Constitutional rights issues.

At this point in time, Get FISA Right does not endorse candidates. Rather, we will evaluate candidate responses to the questionnaire. Candidate responses and our evaluations will be posted on our website, released to the media,and circulated widely.
