Passport rule changes scheduled for June

Here's a good Web site to begin looking into changes to passport rule changes scheduled for June, which I found by accident while browsing: http://www.dhs.gov/xtrvlsec/crossingborders/
I could not find many specifics on passport duration/requirements (most of what I found was regarding the Western hemisphere only, or related to cost: $100; $75 + $25 administration fee, possibly plus postage).
I remember freedom to leave and reenter without hassle on the U.S. end, though requirements vary on the foreign end. I have a real problem with the U.S. government making a two-tiered flight system with detailed background checks for those seeking ease of travel by bypassing the red tape without eligibility for a special diplomatic passport (see info on trusted traveler program, etc.). According to our Constitution as I interpret it, all private citizens should receive the exact same governmental treatment; I don't think I'm being alarmist in disliking what I read.

Help me plan list of legislators for a call-in day to "get FISA right" to take place on June 17, the 37th anniversary of the Watergate break-in. Can we have a weekend conference call on any date but May 16th or 31st? (I'm attending single-payer healthcare informational symposia those days.)

FUSION CENTERS
Action you could take. I suggest you contact your State Government Representatives and demand:
Honorable Representative;
I demand you immediately begin writing statues and policy to control the FUSION mechanism affecting this state.
Whereas FUSION centers have been collecting vast amounts of personal information,
And whereas much of this information is proven to be false and error prone,
And whereas this information can cause gross damage to individuals liberty and livelihood,
Be it resolved that the State develop statues and policy limiting how this information is used and protecting this information from disclosure.
Be it resolved that individuals may view and contest their individual information.
Be it further resolved that information gained without due process be deleted from all records and data bases.
